As Oracle ERP cloud product manager, you will be responsible for product localization readiness for regions e.g., APAC, EMEA and LAD. Review business and localization requirements with customers, partners, field experts and product strategy team. You will design products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers and partners to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.As product manager, you will work with developers and QAs closely to ensure they understand customer requirements and solutions accurately and deliver solutions as what customers need in agile development approach. You will also provide key inputs for launch deliverables, such as user document, non-embedded help and outbound presentations. You will need to closely follow Oracle SaaS product strategy, roadmap and new features. You shall be sensitive to trend and changes in cloud world, especially on ERP cloud field, in order to design products and solutions aligning with the latest cloud strategy and in most modern manner. To support successful implementation of Oracle SaaS applications, you will need to drive discussion and proposal of solutions with customers, partners and cross-disciplinary teams within Oracle.Qualifications:
BS or MS degree
5+ years of implementation and/or solution design experiences on Oracle eBusiness suite (EBS) core finance applications
Be familiar with ERP related business requirements and processes, especially on accounting, financial and tax management and reporting.
Experienced in supporting international customers on issue resolution
Experienced in working with engineering team (development and QA) to make sure business requirements are met in the project
ACCA or equivalent certificate will be a big plus
Be able to demonstrate capability of solution and functional design
Experiences on Hyperion, supply chain, distribution, logistics and manufacture, will be a plus.
Good speaking, writing and presentation skills in English
Highly motivated, result-oriented and success-driven
Project management or product owner of agile project experience would be a big plus
Flexible to work in out of business hours to handle critical customer issues
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
