Job Description:
Product Management Proactively participate in the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities Design and refine products and services by creating workflows, wireframes, proposals, customer and product research, and product plans (including, but not limited to, the development of scope and priorities for product development cycles) Proactively provide product advice to the technical team, including developing specifications for product features, and collaborate with the product team to ensure the best technical solutions for customers' needs Inter-team Collaboration Collaborate with project and account managers to prioritize customer deliverables and to deliver projects on time, on a budget, while meeting/exceeding customer expectations; Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred experience & education: Approximately 2-3 years of experience as an agile/scrum product owner, or equivalent experience in technical solutions/capability development. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Preferred competencies: Ability to work both with business partners and technology teams closely on a daily basis to assist in defining the capability and being involved throughout the build process Ability to think strategically to enable fundamental transformation – candidate should have demonstrated in recent past that they are able to think through strategies/options and understand & articulate pros and cons to enable effective decision-making Ability to work independently Can lead multiple initiatives, as the candidate may lead 3-4 use cases at any given point in time Expertise in systems and capability development, including data flows and database design Good presentation and articulation skills – able to present to senior management regularly, manage effective communication between business partners and technology teams Demonstrates influencing, decisiveness, and servant leadership Reinforces Agile Values and Principles while leading by example Engages multiple roles and stakeholders in critical discussions and consensus building Builds a trusting & safe environment, where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged
