Responsibilities:Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Looks outward to research, market, competitive set, and vendors to identify new opportunities and present to team and stakeholders. Evaluate ideas and drives adoption of leading ideas.
Owning full development lifecycle of ecommerce site (currently Shopify Plus) & integrations (ERP, marketing platforms, etc), from creating business requirements, designing interactions with web pages, developing changes, through to testing.
Vendor management: Serve as point-person to select technology vendors and agencies. Effectively manage NDAs, RFP processes, contract reviews
Managing external contractors and developers to complete work to required specifications when required
Integrating our various systems together as required, including reporting, ERP integrations, EDMs, etc. When required building separate web apps to enable these integrations, or build on functionality
Build the front-end architecture of applications through appealing visual design
Designing user interactions on web pages
Ensuring cross-platform optimisation for mobile phones
Working alongside graphic designers & marketing team for web design features
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
Meeting both technical and consumer needs

Build software to connect disparate systems through APIs, and where applicable build new APIs
Write & maintain technical documentation
Build & own the technology roadmap

Requirements:2+ years in managing a technical team
2-3 years product management experience
Proven record in strategy, user experience or digital product roles, 3-5 years ideally
Ability to quickly & accurately gather business requirements and translate into technical design & implementation
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
Be a natural & creative problem solver, and figure out to execute requirements in the most cost effective manner while still maintaining best practices
Strong organisational and project management skills
Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
