Overall steward of product and brands; champion sales and marketing for assigned products
Work with global brand and principals to develop and own business plans and product roadmaps for Philippine market.
Develop and maintain business through annual sales and marketing plans to maximize profitability, promote the commercial value proposition, deliver localized messaging, and to drive additive manufacturing, personalization and subtractive manufacturing solutions business success
Localize MRDs (Marketing Requirements Documents), product/features priorities for new products and product enhancements; marketing leadership to move programs through a defined Phase-Gate process
Own customer experience marketing
Create customer product programs & strategies
Guidance for application development and review
Build Customer case studies, use cases, sales success stories; attend trade shows and visit key customers to build strong understanding of customer requirements
Opportunity assessments for new products, product extensions, and markets
Oversight of product forecasting (medium/long term)
Lead competitive analysis/benchmarking/selling strategies
Develop product, presentations, training and tools for the sales team and channel
Develop product pricing, pricing configurators and positioning strategies
Provide mentoring and guidance to other employees
