Job Overview The Product Management Division Head is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring that products align with business objectives and customer needs.
This role involves strategic planning, innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product development, market competitiveness, and revenue growth.
Duties and responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Development Lead feasibility and market studies to assess project viability and investment potential.
Develop and implement project execution strategies to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and achieve business objectives.
Align project development plans with market demands, company goals, and regulatory requirements.
Financial Oversight Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost analysis, and return-on-investment (ROI) assessments.
Implement value engineering strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality and efficiency.
Ensure financial feasibility and funding requirements are met for all development projects.
Land Acquisition & Development Lead raw land acquisition, including site selection, due diligence, negotiations, and contract management.
Oversee relocation and topographic studies to assess land conditions and project suitability.
Project Design & Implementation Supervise the design and development of subdivisions, housing, landscaping, and interior design to meet quality and aesthetic standards.
Ensure efficient utilities application processes, coordinating with providers for essential services such as water, electricity, and telecommunications.
Manage permits and licenses application, ensuring full compliance with government regulations and securing approvals within project timelines.
Operations & Team Leadership Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper tracking of project assets, materials, and unit availability.
Provide leadership to the core project management team, ensuring clear direction, collaboration, and accountability.
Foster a high-performance culture, driving efficiency and excellence in project execution.
Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in product management, development, or strategy.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and product lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
Ability to drive innovation and bring competitive products to market.
