Product Listing Specialist (Ecommerce)

Job Descriptions
Creating new product listings on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Optimize and improve existing product listings
Conduct detailed keyword research & analysis and monitor how listings are ranking for keywords
Respond to customer messages, feedback, and reviews in a timely manner
Monitor Seller Feedback & Voice of Customer and take necessary steps to improve account health
Maintaining product listings and resolving any issues when listings are suppressed, suspended or inactive for any reason
Inventory management, inventory forecasting, tasks related to supply chain and logistics
Data reporting on sales, impressions, conversions, PPC spend, ACoS, track changes in keyword ranking, etc.
Contact Amazon Seller Support and other Amazon departments to resolve account related issues
Help with planning and launching of new products
Work on digital marketing, social media and other initiatives as needed
Performs other tasks assigned as needed

Job Qualifications
Mastery of Amazon Seller Central
High attention to detail
Strong grammar and English language skills
Proficient with Google Sheets, Helium 10, other popular tools used in e-commerce/FBA
Basic understanding of PPC

Experience:
Product Listing: 1 year (Required)
Ecommerce platforms: 3 years (Required)
Amazon: 2 years (Required)
