MakatiAbout the Role: As a Product Director, you’ll be responsible for charting out the future of our products and platform. You’ll build new products & features on our web, mobile, and SMS channels. In this role, you will write the product definition, negotiate and manage the roadmap, develop and launch our global go-to-market plan and serve as the visible spokesperson internally and publicly for the product area. You will report to the CEO and our other product managers will report to you. Our product team uses a combination of strong data analytics and industry instinct to identify and define new opportunities and then works closely with engineering and data science teams to bring those products to life.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the global product roadmap, strategy, vision, and definition for all our products (including but not limited to: credit scoring, verification, insights, assessments, & platform).
Oversee the entire product development cycle from strategic planning to launch and optimization for all our products.
Manage the product managers responsible for developing and releasing all our products.
Define annual OKRs and multi-year product vision.
Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering and Delivery teams to deliver the completed whole product.
Work with marketing teams to develop and execute a global go-to-market plan.
Be the authority on the evolving market and competitive landscape.
Establish domain expertise in FinTech, alternative credit scoring, verification, digital marketing, lending, banking and other areas of our industry.
Identify new market problems through customers and prospect interviews, field visits and industry analysis.
Translate company strategic initiatives into tactical deliverables.
Drive company progress against strategic initiatives and KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in technical field (Engineering, Math, Sciences, etc).
6+ Years of professional experience in product management, consulting, or similar field.
2+ Years in a senior product management position.
Comfort collaborating across multiple departments, including Technology, UX, Marketing, and Finance.
Strong quantitative skills.
Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Experience directly managing product managers, analysts, consultants, or comparable team members.
Comfort working in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data manipulation tools (SQL, R, Python, etc).
Professional experience in FinTech or social impact companies.
Professional experience with platform, SDK and API products.
