Job Purpose
Our Product Director seeks to increase product through market analyses, strategic thinking and customer and client relationships. In this role, we are looking for an expert in Product Management and development and a true tech savvy that feels passionate and challenged to work for an International company which rapidly increasing globally.

Job Duties
As Product Director your mission will be to lead the product team (product managers and designers), ensure the execution of the product roadmap, be a manager and representative on behalf of the company. You will be in charge of organizing the product roadmap, synchronize with internal stakeholders (CEO, technical and marketing leaders) and external stakeholders (partners, vendors, clients and users). Work closely with developers, QA team, sales and customer success team to ensure the product quality on both web and mobile. Monitor industry innovations perform competitive analyses and define improvement plans to keep seaming less improving our platform services and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
· 5+ years of Product Director experience in an agile environment.
· 5+ years of experience managing a team of Product Managers and Designers.
· Strong product thinking skill and analytical ability.
· You have shipped multiple products web and mobiles, you can speak to the process of designing and building them with great detail.
· Very organized -- you write detailed user stories in Jira, maintain your backlog and set clear goals that are shared throughout the organization
· Deep understanding of software design, data structures, APIs, QA, etc.
· Knows how to influence and lead a team.
· Product management satisfaction with ability to listen, understand, and have excellent attention to details.
· Excellent interpersonal and team work spirit and skills
· Experienced in working in a start-up culture and environment.
· Experience of SaaS is a big plus.
· Strong English language ability. Chinese is a plus
