Product Development Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicates with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the business units and organisation as a whole
Works with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
Analyses the findings using data modelling practices to create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements
Communicates the benefits of recommendations across departments
Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
Has relevant work experience preferably in banking and finance industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills
Has the ability to motivate others and lead change
Can work under pressure on multiple projects within project timeframes
Has passion for creating solutions
Has strong interest in business and business development
Has good understanding of information technology
