Product Designer For Financial Services

Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport in determining product strategy of Financial Services for the respective business aligning with the overall Mynt strategy.Stakeholder Management - Work with Business Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, prioritization of features, impact analysis of trade-offs and risks.Project Management - Oversee the delivery of new products & services and provide timely updates to business verticals.Responsible for the creation of overall product design of new products & services through close coordination with different teams to define processes and specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall experience of Financial Service products.Understand business requirements and ensure the overall solution will satisfy all given requirements.Create product requirements document, help business craft user stories, and define acceptance criteria of each featureSkills, Qualifications, and CompetenciesKnowledge about how Financial Services work end-to-end, including product rules, specifications, and processes. Background from Credit/Savings/Insurance products are preferred.Intermediate to excellent documentation, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.Having a technical background is preferred. Able to understand latest Tech Architecture concept, such as Web Service, Microservice, APIs, etc.Have previous experience in product and software development.Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.Having business acumen is a plus, but not required.
