Support the product change process in the SEA Biscuits Category. This individual interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, and all functions within Supply Chain (Procurement, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver productivity projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
Some of the
key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to)
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of projects to meet the productivity goals and priorities within a category.
Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups; develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary.
Execute I2M approved projects
Build I2M capability for cross-functional teams
Ensure short-long term gross productivity sufficiency for the BU working together with productivity R&D, spend area leads and aligning commercial teams in what is being done for every idea thru I2M
Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning (for relevant projects) takes place, is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders and is acted on if necessary to keep the project on track or to accelerate the project if the business need exists.
Support the Productivity Review team with monthly reporting requirements
Provide transparency on sufficiency projection vs budget
Provide transparency on productivity Big Bet projects
Escalate Project Risks
Ensure VOLT is clean, correct, updated by teams
Organize / get workshops organized to increase sufficiency for RMPM specifically. Gets visibility of workshops happening at plants for conversion
Enable best practice sharing by ensuring all projects are properly closed out and key learning’s are documented.

Some change / project management knowledge preferred.
Basic knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles.
Basic understanding of internal functional roles.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting/Finance, Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Food Science or Operations).
Experience
Some experience in a consumer products environment, typically in a Supply Chain / Production / Procurement / R&D / Project Management role
