**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar
- At least 2 years of experience as Procurement Supervisor, Officer
- Proven experience in managing people, vendors and procurement operations
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Carries out full spectrum of daily purchasing operations, i.e.
price negotiation, vendor sourcing and selection, releasing purchase orders, expediting order confirmation & delivery, and liaising with vendors on issues related to purchase materials.
- Delivers the complete procurement cycle for both local and overseas purchases by ensuring that all requirements are met in terms of time lines, optimum price, quality and specifications.
- Gather information of all prospective suppliers to provide a wide variety of options for sourcing of products and services and coordinates with other business groups to ensure wider industry access for sourcing of suppliers.
- Maintains record status for all purchase orders.
- Analyzes market trend and delivery system in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Reviews and evaluates the approved specifications before issuing and awarding of bids.
- Ensures all purchases are within the approved budget by the business group and aims to achieve cost savings targets.
- Acts proactively when vendors and contractors failed to render their service to ensure the continuity of the operations.
- Actively coordinates and supports all business groups for new product development.
- Creates and updates SAP related activities (i.e material master, vendor master and product costing).
- Reviews thoroughly the terms and condition of purchase order and all related contracts in conformance to the Company policy.
- Updates purchasing manual and supplier database for any relevant changes.
- Implements purchasing and contract management instruction, policies and procedures.
- Continuously develops alternative source of all materials.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
