Procurement Manager

Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for procurement which includes supplier’s accreditation, supplier selection and contract signing.
Gather internal user’s requirement, decide procurement strategy, achieve objective of procurement cost control and meet user’s satisfaction
Institutionalize the Supplier Performance Evaluation System to ensure continuous improvement programs are developed with all key suppliers.
Organize periodically training and communication session with procurement team members to conduct procurement activities according to company’s rule and regulations.

Position requirements:Education Background:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Engineering ( Electrical/Electronic}, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent and / or international trade.

Working Experience:
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of working experience, qualification background technical and language skills.
With strong leadership qualities and management skills.
Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
Efficient, energetic, independent and able to work well in a fast – paced changing environment.
With high regards to honesty and integrity.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the procurement field is required for this position, such as procurement fulfillment, subcontractor management, etc.

Language Requirement ( optional)
Chinese, English, Filipino
