Procurement Analyst

**QUALIFICATIONS (Education attainment, knowledge, skill/s, training/s, and experienced required)**
- Graduate of any Engineering Course (preferably Mechanical, Mining, Industrial or Civil) or any Business Administration course, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or any related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Procurement/Material Management/Building Materials/Construction/Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in Vendor Sourcing, Negotiation and Importation.
- Experienced in using ERP/MR systems like Acumatica, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Zycus, Coupa and etc
- Outstanding communication and collaborative skills and diplomacy when communicating with our external customers
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, has a can-do spirit, innovative and creative, always looking for ways to improve work efficiency

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Verifies all salient information are in the purchase request on our ERP system before processing
- Prepares bid tabulation and award recommendation based on quotation from vendors and evaluate competitive quotation/bid to determine best deal.
- Appraises and recommends vendor based on BVP (Best Value Procurement) in terms of price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, distribution capabilities and the vendors reputation and history.
- Ensures that request are properly processed in accordance with the company policies and strategic standard procedure
- Proactively conducting vendor sourcing and market research and attending supply chain or procurement events for networking
