Prepare cost savings reporting and coordination of cost savings reviews with various internal stakeholders and business units.
Perform spend analysis and reporting to senior management and provide recommendation based on results of data analysis, coordinate timely spend review and cleanse activities across various internal stakeholders and business units.
Maintain and enhance 3rd party spend analysis to support our strategy in sourcing, contracting and supply management.
Pro-actively identify and Incorporate other sources of data into analysis where appropriate
Pro-actively develop and incorporate new spend insight
Ensure high quality of internal customer service by addressing their reporting and purchasing queries in a timely manner and managing their expectations.
Participate in supplier negotiations and supplier performance review meetings, where appropriate
Maintaining purchasing database information updated: contract, vendor master list, etc
Review current processes, propose and driving various improvement initiatives projects as required.
Education, Experience and Competencies
Bachelor degree in Economic / Finance / Accounting / Business/ Technic Industry / Operation Management / Supply Chain.
At least 3 years of work experience in similar fields, i.e. procurement, procurement analytics, project management
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with spend analytics and visualisation tools
Strong presentation skills with ability to simplify, synthesize and convince
Experience in extracting and consolidating data from multiple sources
Capable in data analysis & cost structure review
Experience in project management
Strong team player, able to engage stakeholder across functional areas and levels of the organization.
Highly motivated, self-starter who is willing to be hands-on and work independently to get things done.
Good negotiation skills with vendors
LOCATION
Amenable to work in Manalac Avenue, Taguig City.
Office location will transfer to Sta. Rosa Laguna this year (June 2020)
