Job Summary:
Lead the assessment and enhancement of internal controls, processes, and compliance to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures for gaps/risks.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Prepare audit reports and collaborate with department heads.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:

CPA certification + Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Experience with Top 4 External Audit Firms (mandatory).
Expertise in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
