• Job Description:
o Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to customers regarding software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
o System Optimization: Configure and optimize print management systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.

• Qualification:
o Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree
o Fresh Graduate to 1 Year experience
o Identify and resolve problems with hardware, software, and networks.
o Assists customers with using our product and services
o Strong understanding of technology and problem solving.
o Builds strong connections with customer and colleagues
