Principal Consultant - PBCS-19001I7G Preferred Qualifications Job Summary: The PS Consultant - PBCS position is responsible for the delivery of implementation services for Oracle
NetSuite PBCS customers in a post-sales environment. Working with the rest of
the Professional Services department, this position will apply leading practices
to meet the customer’s business needs. The position also requires developing
innovative solutions for system optimization and/or to address unique
requirements to the customer's satisfaction. A Consultant must have a passion
for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their
businesses. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and
loyalty of our customers is a top priority. Working with aggressive timelines
and a full customer portfolio is required. This position is not expected to
travel.

Provide implementation services to new and existing
customers

to PBCS leading practices as applied to their business need

· Extensive Functional experience in any of
the following: Oracle PBCS, Hyperion or Cognos

· Some
consulting experience implementing any core business systems (Core Financials,
Financial Reporting/Consolidation, Financial Budgeting and Planning)

· User experience with SaaS type systems focused
on Accounting/ERP (e.g. Netsuite, Oracle Financials Cloud, SAP 4/HANA, Quickbooks,
Sage, etc.)

· Ability to effectively
implement an ERP, SFA/CRM or Ecommerce Solution

· Understanding of common industry leading business
practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce

· Understanding of different
industries and how PBCS integrates to the customer’s business needs

· Mastery of Microsoft
Office Products

Education

· Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business
Administration.

Professional

Experience

· 2+ years’ experience with Corporate
Budgeting and Financial Planning tools such as Oracle PBCS, Hyperion, Cognos

· 5+ years’ experience in systems
applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization, or
externally with a consulting firm or software provider

· Solid experience in Business Process
Mapping and Scope Management

engagements from start to finish.

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
