**Pre Flight Job Description**
1) Responsible in handling Preflight tasks, such as scheduled and Adhoc retimes and cancellations notifications, eliminating double bookings, notifying guests on balance owing bookings and removing hold and declined bookings ,Filtering Manifest that affected by Flights interruption,Aircraft swap Request and Audit for the notification that sent by Automation.
3) To use agreed guidelines or procedures, to attempt to resolve the guest's queries or concern in a professional manner
4) To work to agreed productivity and targets set by the Management Team
5) To escalate any unresolved issues which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures to Superior
6) To proactively suggest areas of improvement to Superior
7) To ensure Preflight tasks are dealt or completed within a timely and courteous manner
8) To ensure Preflight agents are fully trained or aware / informed in response to handle any Adhoc tasks or procedural changes
