**About the Company**:
Our client is one of top group that already ISO-9001 certified manufacturer of medium and high voltage power products with over 20 years of experience in providing high quality, cost effective products to the global power industry.
Since its establishment in 1994, this group has been selling its products under its own brand name in the Taiwan power market, and has been certified by the Taiwan Power Company for over 20 years.
Their products are sold in the United States, Europe, China and South America, and have been certified and approved for sale by the power companies in each country.
This company is noted as wholly foreign-owned enterprise with a registered capital of US$5.6 million.
Main products: American and European style cable accessories for underground use in power distribution systems, box transformer accessories, epoxy insulators, lightning arresters, drop fuse switches, column insulators and power transmission and distribution fixtures.
**Responsibilities**:

- Achievement of performance: responsible for the implementation of the company's products and sales strategy promotion according to the company's sales targets, sales forecasting, actively organizing business negotiations, seeking customer orders, responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring the return of receivables.
- Customer development: responsible for implementing sales and marketing plans according to the company's marketing strategy, actively seeking and validating channel traders and developing channel cooperation schemes.
- Market insight: responsible for mastering and analyzing the competitive market situation in the local power industry, formulating effective channel strategies, providing resource support to customers in terms of sales, technology and products, maintaining communication with channel customers and jointly promoting product marketing and services, as well as collecting market and customer demand information.
- Brand promotion: responsible for planning and organizing product promotion activities in the target market to enhance the regional influence of the company's product brand.
- Team building: responsible for building and developing an excellent professional sales team.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in international trade, marketing, electric power and other related majors.
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, able to use Chinese and English to communicate with customers in writing and verbally.
- 3+ years experience in marketing, customer development and construction business of electric power products, overseas working experience is preferred;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, keen market sense and strong resilience; high work ethic, knowledge of marketing, channel strategy management; ability to manage local staff.
- A strong sense of teamwork and willingness to work as a team, and the ability to take on high levels of pressure.
- Ability to cooperate with overseas travel and be based in the local area
