Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least a College Undergraduate
- Applicants must definitely love dealing with all types of people
- Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Experience in related field is an advantage
- Must be willing to be assigned in Taguig.
Responsibilities:
• Smiles & greets customers
• Takes orders from customers and attends to their inquiries
• Does suggestive selling and attends to special requests (when needed)
• Prepares the food of customers following the strictest Food, Service, Quality and Cleanliness standards
• Prepares food take-away and bulk orders
• Serves customers in the most efficient manner
• Ensures the store is prepared for internal and external audit including gov't agencies
• Ensures the cleanliness of work and preparation areas at all times
• Provides helpful and credible answers to queries or questions raised by customers
• Furnishes customers with helpful information regarding service and preparation time including special deal offers
• Attends to basic customer inquiries on Franchising
• Provides helpful information to queries done by government agencies
• Must be willing to be assigned in Taguig.
