POSITION TITLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)NUMBER OF VACANCY: 1OFFICE LOCATION: (1) Tagum Cooperative Head Office, Tagum City, Davao del Norte JOB SUMMARY: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing high-level technical and administrative support, including monitoring and validating the Institutional Balanced Scorecard and the 5-year strategic plan, conducting performance analyses, and preparing reports with recommendations for improvement.
This role also involves overseeing executive administrative functions, ensuring the timely submission of reports, coordinating feasibility studies and process updates, and supporting the CEO in managing schedules, meetings, and official documentation.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or cooperative setting.
Experience in strategic planning and executive reporting is an advantage.
Proficiency in business communication (written and verbal).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
