Position: Mandarin Email & Chat Specialist - Video Gaming
Industry: Online Gaming/Video Games
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: 60,000-90,000
Schedule: Shifting (2 Days off)
Responsibilities:

> Responsible in providing assistance via chat and email.
> Familiarize with Video Games to provide effective solution to client queries.
> Create and monitor game forums.
> Solve reported game issue by the client.
Requirements:

> Filipino who can speak, read and write Mandarin
> Can communicate in English is an advantage
> At least Sr. High School graduate
> Familiar with RPG and Online Video Games
> Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
> Willing to work in Ortigas
