OFFICE: JACOBO Z. GONZALES MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES (JZGMSAT), TESDA-REGION IV-A (CALABARZON)
SALARY: SG-18 Php42,159.00PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• 20% Prepares and updates Competency-Based Learning Materials, Institutional Assessment Tools, Training Plans, Monitoring Tools and Maintenance Plan;
• 15% Conducts Competency-Based Training and Institutional Assessment;
• 10% Participates in the implementation and attainment of school’s Mission, Vision and Goals;
• 10% Participates in meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and in-service training;
• 10Conducts surveys/researches related to Technical-Vocational Education and Training;
• 5% Prepares/submits/keeps required reports;
• 5% Requests supplies, materials and equipment necessary for training/instruction;
• 5% Implements 5S in theclassroom/laboratory;
• 5% Prepares and implements maintenance plan for tools, equipment and facilitates under his/her care;
• 5% Maintains good relationship among teachers, other personnel, students/trainees and stakeholders;
• 5% Participates in co-curricular and community activities; and,
• 5% Does related work.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NCII)
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be computer literate preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in oral and written communications
• Must have undergone training in Trainer’s Methodology
• Preferably a holder of National TVET Training Certificate
• Preferably a holder of AS NC I & II, Driving NC II & III, FBS NC II, Cookery NC II, BPP NC II, Housekeeping NC II and SMAW NC II & III

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2019 and July and December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your three (3) students;
• Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque for awards/rewards received;
• Background Investigation Form duly accomplished by your superior, peer, subordinate and client
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last five (5) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
