OFFICE: Human Resource Management Division (HRMD), Administrative Service (AS), TESDA Central Office
SALARY: SG-11 Php22,316.00 PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• 40% Assists in the implementation and monitoring of HRMD/HRD programs, projects and activities in the following HR functions; Recruitment and Selection; Performance Management System and Leave and Payroll Administration, Employee Welfare and Benefits Programs and Human Resource Information System;
• 30% Drafts policies, procedures and guidelines on human resource management;
• 20% Maintains personal records and other documents
• 10% Performs other related functions

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS (CSC Form 212);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• (5) Superior/Supervisor
• (5) Peer
• (5) Subordinate (if applicable)
• (5) Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
