SALARY: SG- Php19,233.00 PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• 20% Monitor supplies of TESDA corporate materials and facilitate replenishment of the same by preparing the necessary documents such as:
• Purchase Requests, Disbursement Vouchers, ORS & Certificates, Petty Cash, Airline Services;
• Other supporting documents for payments (mobile subscription, landline, newspaper subscriptions, Exhibits, RATA travels, Liquidation, Cash Advance, Catering Services;
• Monitors fund utilization of the division;
• Prepares, consolidates and monitors the Division’s APP, records management and other administrative related reports;
• Performs general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and coordination with other offices, among others; and
• Handles incoming and outgoing communications.
• 10% Prepare inter-office correspondences such as but not limited to endorsements, memoranda, document summary slip and complete staff work;
• 10% Monitor, Clip and collate TESDA, TESD, labor & employment, education related stories on national broadsheets, tabloids for ODG, ODDGs and other OEDs including interviews on radio and TV;
• 10% Monitor and facilitate proper storage, management and disposal of records and/or other resource materials according to organizational guidelines;
• 10% Monitor serviceability of office equipment and stock of consumable supplies, and facilitate repair, replacement or replenishment of the same;
• 10% Monitor delivery, dissemination, distribution and/or installation of large format TESDA advocacy materials;
• 5% Assist in responding to the inquiries and/or concerns of the general public lodged through the agency’s social media accounts;
• 5% Assist in monitoring the social media accounts of ROPOs and other social media accounts and websites related to TESDA;
• 5% Assist in the preparation and implementation of the agency’s communication plan;
• 5% Assist in the production of information, education and communication (IEC) materials of the agency;
• 5% Assist in the participation of the agency to exhibits and fairs; and,
• 5% Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Sub-professional)/First Level Eligibility

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• (5) Superior/Supervisor
• (5) Peer
• (5) Subordinate (if applicable)
• (5) Client/Stakeholder;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
