Responsibilities:
• Respond to calls, emails and chat messages of partner travel agencies for Hotel room reservation
• To assist customers with planning and booking reservations.
• Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest
• Process payments and send the details and confirmation to the guest.
• Provide Quality Customer Service
• Sell Services and Product
• Attend to client inquiry for travel packages and hotel rates
• Promote global hotel rooms from 2 stars to 5 stars hotels

Requirements:

• Open for both Native and Non- Native Portuguese Speaker
• Proficient in both Portuguese and English
• Preferably graduate of any 2 year of 4 year course
• Experience in tourism, reservation and customer service is a strong advantage
• Background in B2B Support is a plus
