Job Description:
Support the resource management pertaining to the onboarding/offboarding monitoring, asset management/inventory, resource register & org chart updating, among others.
Support the Revenue Action Register Management by chasing the action owners & closing the action points.
Support the PMO Action Register Management by chasing the action owners & closing the action points.
Manage the PMO Portal as the central database of the PMO deliverables
Support the SharePoint Management pertaining to the Handover/Knowledge Transition, PO Document Storage, Project Change Requests, Google drive, among others
Support in the issuance & routing of the Special Memos that will drive the revenue target.
Support the Training Management for the customer, internal employees & subcon.
Other ad hoc tasks that may be necessary to support the PMO deliverables
**Professional/Technical Competence**:
Computer Science or IT related degree, Engineering, Telecommunications related courses
At least 3 years of related work experience in office work, documentation, and control
Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint
Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information
Ability to organize work load and to manage a filing methods and management technique

Ability to do User Training and Presentation

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
