Qualifications and Job Responsibilities:
- Application Support Engineer (2 years)
- Application troubleshooting based on ITIL incident management system
- Application installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring
- Application migration and testing for new releases
- DevOps-oriented activites in regards Application publishing
- Documents and Knowledge Base maintanance and continuous improvement
- Operating Systems: Windows 10, Ubuntu
- Client Workstation troubleshooting based on ITIL incident management system
- Creating and Distributing Local Software Packages via Ivanti/LANDesk
- Managing Local Asset Database.
- Active Directory asset creation and configuration
- Local Group Policy Implementation in Active Directory
- Support for O365 client profiles and account management
- ITIL Processes
- Solve all incoming incidents, either via phone system or ticket portal
- Categories, Route or Escalate incidents to 2nd/3rd level support groups
- User Management in Active Directory
- Windows Client Support and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge base creation and maintanance
- Additional Tools: Ivanti/LANDesk, HPSM, O365
EDUCATION
- Master´s degree on Information Technology Management Computer Systems Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science
**Salary**: From Php60,000.00 per month
