Job Description:
People Management


Oversees whole production line which includes supervisors, team leaders, and production workers Develops a system to monitor manpower efficiency and monitors this on a daily basis Schedules shifting, overtime and manpower assignment on a daily basis Takes full responsibility of production concerns from manpower, output, and material concerns Handles disciplinary actions across various departments Operations Management


Ensures smooth production and ensures all deadlines area met Coordinates with retail partners in ensuring production orders are always accurate. Oversees inventory and ensures stocks are always on healthy levels. Audits inventory process and creates a system to optimize inventory management Innovation


Recommends and spearheads machine and process innovations to increase production efficiency Identifies and recommends ways to decrease production costs in materials and processes while maintaining optimal usage of resources Identifies current and future production trends and recommends these to management Minimum Qualifications:
At least 8 years technical/functional experience; 3 years as plant manager Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related course Analytical, objective, problem solver, keen on details and a systems thinker Able to relate with people across levels Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Able to design/develop, implement and evaluate structures e.g. policies, procedures, systems and methods Training: ISO Certification is an advantage
