Job Descriptions

Manages policy deployment in the areas of lean manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls, and plant performance measures.

Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.

Responsible for the effective and efficient supervision of all roll-forming plants nationwide.

Set, Maintain and Improve a transparent KPI-system to lead the plant in a standardized way and aligned with the regional KPIs.

Reviews and monitors the performance of employees in the Plant and gives necessary suggestion/recommendation to the Top Management with the help of the Supervisors.

Job Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering

Lean Sigma certification is an advantage

Minimum of 3 years of plant management

Experience in a roofing industry is an advantage

Possessing problem and analytical skills

Project and performance management skills

Adept in basic machinery and all phases of the job in the workplace.
