Plant And Production Manager From Furniture Industry

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible in managing overall production process and customer orders starting from product development, planning, actual production and qualitJy feedbacks.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Practices and leads all kaizen initiatives in all aspects of production operations
Ensures that all goods are produced efficiently.
Ensures the correct amount t is produced at the right cost and at the rig ht level of quality.
Prepares long term shipment plan of all customer orders.
Prepares cost estimates and budget for all the production operations
Plans capacity through manpower and machine capability analysis
Monitors the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
Monitors product standard s and implements quality-control programs;
Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed;
Handles and supervises direct 7 teams under the Department.
Manages, trains, and monitors coach performance of the team.
Reviews the performance of subordinates and identifying training need s;
SPECIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:
Coordinates with other department to implement the company's policies and goals;
Coordinates among different departments (e.g. suppliers)
Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the Department Manager from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably with 5 yrs. Experience as Plant Manager (Furniture industry)
Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
Work Location:Carmona Cavite
Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday
Salary:25,000-30,000
