Overview:Night Shift, US Telecommunication Account
Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account/service maintenance, and other products/services, through voice or chat.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old and above
Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject)
At least 6 months of call center experience is preferred but not required
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
