Responsibilities:
Determine and Identify key success factors for CIIT Students to be accepted on jobs from company partners
Work with Internal Placement Officer to provide meaningful OJT experiences to both CIIT Students and Company Partners by getting a profile of what students and graduates are looking for and partnering with such companies
Produce an end-of-term report that would gather all the feedback from company partners and OJT Students to determine the actionable improvements needed to be made by the school to increase the likelihood of employment for CIIT graduates.
Familiarization of the Digital Arts and Technology industry to discover companies, associations, and government agencies suited for partnership with CIIT.
Creation of job fair for students and company partners to interact and facilitate possible employment or OJT placement
Write and release articles for CIIT Community and Industry Partners on topics which include New Company Partners, Achievements of CIIT Students during their OJT, Students who were accepted to company partners for OJT/Job Placement, etc.
Represent CIIT and its Students in high standards when dealing with Company Partners
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with company partners for OJT and job placement of CIIT Students
Monitor and provide all the important data from OJT and placement activities of the school to the Academic and Student Service units of CIIT
Provide assistance during enrollment relating to on-the-job training requirements
Collaborate with Internal Placement in determining the profile of companies suited for CIIT Students to partner with.
Work with Academics Team formulate and implement the learning objectives of the institution’s standard curriculum, projects, and programs
Maintain proper and professional communication lines and resolve any conflicts that will prevent the team from closely collaborating with one another
Graduate of any Psychology, Education, Marketing or Communications related courses
At least 2 - 3 years of related experience in marketing, PR
Experience in corporate relations and/or client management
Exposure to job preparation and personality development training is a distinct advantage
Strong relationship - building and business communication skills
Strong affinity to customer satisfaction in addressing the wants and needs of students, graduates and company partners
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
General knowledge and enthusiasm with Traditional and Digital Arts, Multimedia, Information Technology and Game Development is a distinct advantage
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion
Ability to work around new technological advancements is an advantage
