Minimum Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
Minimum 6 months call center experience
Average verbal and written English communication skills
Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Provide information to customers inquiry in relation to products and services including, but not limited to, billing and rate plan, customer retention, data product and service and addition of new line of service
Answer queries and support in troubleshooting technical problems
