Details of the offer

A Graduate of any four year course
Male or Female
Customer-service oriented
Organized and keen to details
With good interpersonal and time management skills
Can work with minimal supervision
Preferably with at least six (6) months related working experience
Determine the Philhealth Category: Request for MDR/Philhealth ID of Patient or Dependent and Check Philhealth Eligibility
Patient’s Assessment/Interview: Interview patient/member/relative regardin; Patient Philhealth availments, confinement, dialysis and etc.
Give necessary Philhealth requirements based on interviewer assessment.
Philhealth approval to Administration Officer
Treatment Scheduling
Claims Processing
Return-to-hospital/Denied Claims
Perform any other task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
