Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related courses
- Preferably with experience in Admin and/or Philhealth processing function
- Assist member/patient of inquiries about Philhealth and other requirements.
- Receive, examine and evaluate claims for payment of various benefits
- Screen telephone calls, provide information and handles other related concerns
- Assist patient in proper accomplishment of forms and other supporting documents
- Obtains the necessary approvals and signatures of the medical practitioners
- Scan documents needed for the Electronic Claims submission
- Performs other functions as may be assigned
