(Pharmaceutical Sales) Marketing Assistant Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers, guiding and leading team members to deliver products and/or services that meet or exceed customer requirements.
Identifies and develops problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues, manages and trains team members to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.
Conducts business reviews and leads sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
Develops marketing and sales strategies to increase sales volume and maintain a competitive edge towards the company’s competitors.
Attends meetings, trade shows, conferences and suppliers plants/distribution centers sites to examine products/services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s/college Degree, Medical Science or equivalent;
At least 5-8 years demonstrated leadership as Sales and Marketing personnel;
With strong background in Sales and Marketing Operations;
With background from a Medical Sector and/or pharmaceutical sector;
Ability to lead and spearhead marketing and sales activities for the organization;
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
