Personal Assistant And Sourcing Agent

Job Overview
We are a sports apparel company based in the USA who specialize in American Football uniforms for the youth. We are in need of a trustworthy person who is able to research and possibly travel and visit factories who will be manufacturing for us within the Philippines. This is a strong research based position to assist with finding vendors/factories/tailors, sourcing fabrics, inspecting quality control of products and being an integral part of our company while we are in the states.
***PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE IN APPAREL MANUFACTURING IS A PLUS***
Edit images using simple editing software
Edit product descriptions
Contact new and existing product suppliers
Track cost & expenses
Work at least 6 hours a day 3-5 days a week (may need more hours as business picks up)
Work at least 4 hours a day during your night time
LOOKING FOR:
Fluent in English
Quick Learner
Computer Literate
Has a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbit/Sec
Fast typist
Can work at least 20 hours a week-at least 4 hours a day during your night time
Won’t be easily offended
Go-getter attitude
**Extremely reliable (IMPORTANT)
Positive, no excuse attitude
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay weekly for the first month then every 2 weeks thereafter
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
