Job Description:
Will work directly under the Chief Operating Officer of a group of companies. Will be working in 2 different offices depending on the tasks for the day (Makati and BGC). May accompany the Chief Operating Officer during work trips to Pangasinan. Does errands as tasked by the Chief Operating Officer such as making payments, buying things, supervising repairs/work or meeting with people. Helping both work and personal tasks of the Chief Operating Officer Will be doing field work when tasked by the Chief Operating Officer to do some errands. Joins the Chief Operating Officer during store visits or other meetings. Organizing and arranging schedules. Manage the Chief Operating Officer's daily schedule, reminding her of priority of personal and work appointments and rearrangement as necessary. Manage Chief Operating Officer travel arrangements like visa applications and accommodation or reservations. Maintains the Chief Operating Officer's office systems including data management and filling. Maintain record of contacts, screen calls, work files Prepares documents, update papers, reports and presentations to Chief Operating Officer. Ensures request for advice or correspondence are provided in a professional and timely manner Any other duties that may be required by the Chief Operating Officer. Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business-related course Female Must be willing to work in Makati and BGC Must be willing to do field work within Metro Manila Willing to work at flexible times Honest, kind, and humble Tactful and discreet when dealing with confidential information Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality Flexible and ability to work at own initiative Excellent communication and presentation skills Able to demonstrate good level of English skill (verbal & written) Must possess strong attention to detail Excellent organisational and time management skills Must have strong analytical and planning skills Excellent computer and administrations skills Expert in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) Professional at taking calls and responding to emails
