Permits Liaison Staff (Ortigas, Pasig)

**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily handles the processing of pertinent documents and permits thru various government agencies and other institutions
- Applies, monitors and secures necessary permits, licenses, certificates and other requirements from government agencies to expedite processing of subdivision utilities (electricity and water)
- Organizing and filing of necessary requirements and other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

- With Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in Business Administration, Communication or any equivalent courses
- Experience in transacting with electric and water services providers and government agencies is a huge advantage
- Possess excellent external communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly-organized and trustworthy
