The RolePurpose
The Performance Analyst is responsible in supporting effective delivery of key projects and priorities in line with overall strategic direction of GF OD&L Learning.
The role sits with Learning Operations while working closely with the learning business stakeholders (e.g. Learning Managers/Advisors). A good business understanding is key to enable effective business collaboration. The overall functional direction will be managed by the Learning Excellence Manager in line with GF OD&L key priorities and strategic agenda.
Accountabilities
The primary focus of the role can be reshaped depending on GF OD&L critical activities and priorities. Key activities include but are not limited to:
- Support GF OD&L Priorities
- Support the overall Workday implementation for E&C Learning portfolio due to its large scale and complexities (primary focus for the next 1.5 years)
- Act as a back-up tester in close collaboration with the other Workday resources and the overall workstream lead from Learning Excellence
- Support in ensuring that relevant documentations are up-to-date, reflecting the new processes including interfaces in Workday
- Support the communications, engagement and other operational activities in GF OD&L
- Support management of GF OD&L Finance & CP activities and requirements including but not limited to setting up contractor/external resource in IQN system, requesting Purchase Orders (POs), overseeing administration of Finance processes, i.e. approval of invoices in the system and answering payment processing queries
- Oversee the course fee planning and ensure finalization through LEM Support and Finance
- Provide advice on survey requirements and help create surveys in SurveyGizmo including generating reports for Learning Advisors/Managers
- Support the delivery of communication and engagement plans in partnership of Learning Excellence and Leadership teams, manage adhoc calls and community calls
- Support collaboration and information sharing platforms
- Act as the Primary Owner of GF OD&L SharePoint site:
- Structure - managing libraries
- Access - user permissions
- Advising on look & feel, new features and functionality that improves user experience
- Ensure information remains accessible, considering the intended purpose and audience of the site. Raise issues with site members and remove access as needed
- Any remedial work to update, clean and reclassify current SP sites (short-term)
- Support general onboarding of GF OD&L new joiners

- Maintain GF OD&L Onboarding Checklist
- Provide general walk through, keep the GF OD&L org chart up-to-date
- Provide necessary access to Yammer, SharePoint sites, etc.
- CI/Project Involvements
- As needed, support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects that drive efficiency, minimize time spent by Learning teams and improve Learner experience.
Dimensions
- Global virtual role in SBO location (preferably Manila to ensure intimacy to other colleagues)
- Individual contributor, will require to collaborate and work closely with LX teams and E&C Learning teams

Special Challenges
For the next 1.5 years, the key focus for this role is to support Workday implementation for E&C portfolio while ensuring that day-to-day GF OD&L operational activities are well managed. Due to the size and complexity of the E&C portfolio, this position requires an ability to quickly learn and understand the set-up and requirements end-to-end.

- Process & systems background is beneficial, system affinity is key
- Knowledge and experience in Learning programme management, processes, systems, operations and CP/Finance processes in Shell is an advantage
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experienced SharePoint FSO and the ability to provide guidance on IM/KM
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with diverse stakeholders
