Job Description:
We are looking for an HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
An ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry is also an advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates. Following our training sessions, you will also be able to assist HR managers in the life cycle recruitment (e.g. onboarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.)
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Source and screen applicants and encode in the database Coordinates with universities and NGO's on job postings Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes Deal with employee requests regarding attendance and timekeeping. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Assist in company activities Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource , Psychology or equivalent. At least 6 months to 1 year Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources. Above average written and verbal communication, platform and human relation skills. Personable, service-oriented and team player. Hardworking and dedicated Positive working disposition Creative, organized and keen attention to details. Flexible, innovative, has initiative and trustworthy. WIlling to travel. Proficient in MS Office. Background in general HR processes and Recruitment is an advantage. Can start immediately. Willing to work in Makati City Can work on weekends
