QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a support-focused IT role, including, Microsoft O365 advanced knowledge of Teams, Teams Voice, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online
2.
Relevant and active Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate) are highly regarded.
3.
Endpoint protection tools (configuration, troubleshooting)
4.
Update management, vulnerability detection and response processes.
5.
SOC platform experience like SentinelONE highly regarded.
6.
Solid knowledge of 3CX cloud phone solution highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Administer and maintain Windows Server, Hyper-V, and on-premises Active Directory environments.
2.
Manage cloud-based infrastructure with proficiency in Microsoft Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
3.
Advanced PowerShell scripting.
4.
Manage Microsoft Exchange via PowerShell.
5.
Maintain endpoint management using tools such as Microsoft Intune.
6.
Ensure robust network performance, including managing TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewalls.
7.
Provide high-quality support to users, communicating effectively with varying levels of IT literacy.
8.
Lead and execute IT projects, from planning through to implementation.
9.
Proactively identify and resolve system issues, conducting root cause analyses to minimize future occurrences.
10.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for Processes and fixes.
