In-charge of day-to-day Payroll Operations, leading a team of Payroll Analysts to ensure proper administration of Payroll Services to the Business Units (Customers) and see to it that terms and conditions of the engagement are strictly observed.
Responsibilities: Check/Review/Ensure accuracy of payroll reports, remittances, supporting schedules, and other deliverables Ensure timely completion and submission of deliverables Identify and help implement process improvement initiatives Ensure that good client relations are maintained Accomplish and discuss the Performance Review Reports for staff members Provide continuing mentoring to Direct Reports Assists Managers/Head in relationship maintenance with Customers and Partners Undertake special projects and perform various administrative work assigned by the Function Head Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. With strong analytical and planning skills; With client management and good communication skills; With excellent problem-solving skills; Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
