Details of the offer

Work closely with local HR team to collect Employees’ information, and record them on systems
Work with payroll providers and be responsible for global payroll processing, ensure all compensation is submitted on time
Provide exceptional customer service with regard to day-to-day payroll related issues and inquiries
Generate financial reports to Accounting department and management
Help with the continued development of our HRIS system
Assist with various special ad hoc projects if required
Develop and use data analytics and business metrics to track, analyze and budget payroll/commission costs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Working experience in HR field is preferred
Precise and detail-focused; High degree of professionalism, confidentiality and responsibility; Strong interpersonal communication skill and teamwork
Strong sense of logic, and be good at data estimation and analysis
Proficient in MS Office, particular in Excel, Outlook
Fresh graduates are accepted
