QUALIFICATIONS A. Education • Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Accounting or other related course from a reputable school / university
B. Experience
• At least three 3-5 years experience in payroll, timekeeping and benefits administration in a supervisory capacity.
C. Special Qualities/Requirements
• Knowledgeable with government-mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig), Timekeeping and Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking and Salary Structure
• Proficient in MS Office and internet use.
BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for the efficient and on-time salary and benefits administration including timekeeping in the Araneta Group.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement salary and benefits administration and timekeeping services in accordance with company rules and regulations.
2. Create an open payroll instruction every 5th and 20th of the month. Coordinate the same with MIS, Accounting and Audit for appropriate actions.
3. Create a confidential “A” payroll instruction every 5th and 20th of the month. Coordinate the same with BPOI for appropriate actions.
4. Maintain organized payroll records and reports and be accountable for their confidentiality.
5. Supervise timekeeping activities and ensure update of attendance and punctuality reports.
6. Ensure proper distribution of payslips to concerned employees under open and confidential “A” payroll.
7. Process meal allowance requested by employees.
8. Process loan request of employees under confidential “A” payroll.
9. Compute and ensure timely release of 13th month pay and Performance Management System Bonus.
10. Implement salary adjustments due to personnel movement or merit increase and the salary of new hires based on approved Personnel Action Form.
11. Prepare payment request for payroll accounts and company benefits processed.
12. Process and transmit accomplished BIR Forms 2305 and 1902 to said agency.
13. Prepare Certification of Employment of confidential “A” employees; as requested.14. Prepare reports, statistics and status in his area of assigned work.
15. Assume responsibility for the discipline, attendance, and work performance of personnel under his supervision.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Administration Manager.
