Payroll Associate

Finance position adheres to all rules and procedures involved in the processing of every payroll-related tasks within Peak Support. The analyst plays an instrumental role in preparing data and other useful information for the successful and accurate disbursement of earnings of the company's Team Members.The job requires that the analyst knows how to prepare, put together and analyze business documents and requirements as well as answer payroll-related questions and resolve problems that may be raised internally by team members.The job also requires out-of-the-box thinking during one-off scenarios that may arise during the course of the job as well as the ability to sift through gray areas within the process and plan accordingly.Meet payroll operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity and quality standards and identify system improvements.
Required Skills:
Intermediate to advanced level in several spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel, Numbers for Mac, and Google Sheets.
Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Organization skills and time management
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Good communicator
Knowledge of VBA and Google Scripts not required but a plus

The job consists of tasks (but not limited to) below:
Creation of Timesheets for Peak Support's numerous clients in a timely manner
Facilitate the calculation of several incentive plans
Data collection, follow-up, analysis and processing of additional non-routinary financial schemes as may be deemed by the company.
Routinary verification of completeness and accuracy of Team Member's hours in all payroll systems
Extract data for timekeeping and payroll purposes
While not a core function, the Business Analyst-Financial post also assists in supporting the Operations team with presentations and weekly KPI communication with clients.
