Hosts bank enrolment requirements talk for new hires
Assists with the end to end semi-monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees, from timekeeping, payroll run creation, up to uploading of payslips
Ensures timely and accurate input of payroll information in the system. This includes employees bank account number as well as changes in salary, de minimis, incentives, referrals, allowances, benefit premiums, and loans of existing employees
Performs timekeeping and assist with the validation of employees? attendance reports
Sends email notification to employees with salary alignment
Requests for OJT Allowances
Sends payroll cut-off reminder
Assists with the approval of filed leaves, certificate of attendance, schedule adjustments, overtime, etc.
Handles and facilitates the resolution of payroll discrepancies and concerns. Educate employees and help them gain more understanding in the payroll process
Approves employee loans and handle the release of ATD forms
Ensures that all payroll trackers are updated and are free from error
Processes monthly SSS, Phil-Health and Pag-Ibig remittance of employees and prepare government reports
Computes the final pay of separated employees including the13th month pay
Prepares and release COE and BIR 2316 of separated employees along with the final pay
Performs ad hoc activities related to compensation and benefits, filing of documents, etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Computer Skills
Excellent, proven MS Excel skills covering all standard accounting functions
(formulas, pivots etc)
Knowledge of office related documentations tools such as Google Suite.
Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping software highly desirable.
Experience working in a BPO company or company with a fast paced environment is a huge plus.
Must have knowledge for Compensation and Benefits.
Must have reliable internet connection and own PC/Laptop
Education and/or Experience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy,
Human Resource and Management.
Knowledgeable for Payroll System (Sprout Solutions), manual computation.
