Details of the offer

The Payroll Assistant is responsible for handling timekeeping and payroll administration requirements of PhilWeb business units/ subsidiaries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in administering the payroll software of the company.
Updates pertinent human resource information and compensation in the system.
Monitor timekeeping and compensation issues and answers queries relating to the same.
Generate and prepare semi-monthly, monthl, annual payroll reports and government reports.
Document all matters affecting employee compensation.
Generate required reports that may be needed by other support units, especially Finance.
Keep and manage 201 files.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
